We are SO excited to be hosting our 200-hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training in April of 2024!

This is the perfect training for you, whether you want to teach yoga in the future or just deepen your own personal practice. When you complete this 200-Hour Teacher Training, you will be eligible to apply as a Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance at the 200-hour level. This program is extremely special as we will have very special guests coming to do portions of our training from studios around the country.

I took Shine's FIRST EVER Yoga Teacher Training over 4 years ago, and to be leading YTT, teaching the next generation of teachers and leaders, is an absolute honor. SCHEDULE

We will meet on weekends, both Saturdays and Sundays, from 9 AM to 6 PM. This year we will be kicking off our time together with an opening ceremony on the Friday evening prior to our first scheduled date! Dates are as follows:

• April 5th (Opening Ceremony)

• April 6th & 7th

• April 20th & 21st

• May 4th & 5th

• May 18th & 19th

• June 1st & 2nd

• June 15th & 16th

• June 29th & 30th

• July 6th & 7th

Tuition

Our 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training costs $3,000. Though we offer a payment installment plan, all tuition payments must be paid in full by graduation. If you would like to pay in full up front, we offer a discounted rate of $2.800. A non-refundable $500 deposit is required upon reservation to secure a spot in our roster.

GRADUATION REQUIREMENTS

Contact Hours

• 128 classroom hours

• 35 classes with SHINE Staff (funded by teacher training tuition)

• 8 total hours of pre-approved workshops (for example, 4 workshops at 2 hours each)

• 10 observation hours

Total: 181 hours

Non-Contact Hours

• 6 hours of Seva (practice teaching)

• 11 hours of assigned reading, homework and journaling, self-study

• 2 Business of Yoga hours (as part of the contact hours)

Total: 19 hours

TOTAL HOURS: 200

Trainees are also given access to a virtual, on-demand library of content as part of tuition. This is used mainly for make-up assignments if there are days you might not be able to attend training in person.

CYCLE SCHOOL

CYCLE Coach TRAINING

TIME TO LEVEL UP! Shine Cycle School is a rhythm-riding training course designed for aspiring indoor cycling instructors looking to learn the fundamentals of teaching. This in-depth program will cover rhythm riding, bike form, playlist creation, choreography, coaching and anatomy. This upbeat, good-time training is led by Studio Owner, Taylor Mancebo, and Master Trainer, Lauren Galbraith! Our training is jammed packed with curriculum & riding... and so much fun!

If you love cycle, sweat and good vibes you are welcome to join us for this training. It is recommended that you take have taken The Ride at Shine for 4-6 months, have a consistent and strong cycle practice, and that you are proficient in rhythm-riding. 

Schedule: June 9-11 + June 16-18

Fridays, June 9th + 16th: 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Saturdays, June 10th + 17th: 10:00 am - 5:00 pm

Sundays, June 11th + 18th: 10:00 am - 5:00 pm

Tuition

Our two-weekend Cycle School training costs $750. Though we offer a payment installment plan, all tuition payments must be paid in full by graduation, Sunday, June 18th. A non-refundable $200 deposit is required upon reservation to secure a spot in our roster. The deadline to sign up for training is June 5th. All payments are final for this training.

SHINE SCULPT SCHOOL

50-Hour Hot Yoga Sculpt Teacher Training

SCULPT SCHOOL IS HERE, and we can't wait for you to join us in May 2023!

Welcome to the sweaty, bright, and just generally VIBEY Sculpt School!  If Hot Phenomenal Flow had a cheeky best friend, Hot Yoga Sculpt would be her.  In this training, you will learn how to merge strength training and cardio with a dash of traditional yoga to curate a high-intensity, up-beat, and energetic class for every student you meet. You will learn how to use the power of music to create a purposeful but energetic playlist, how to lead a strong and creative class, and how to amplify your voice to shine your own light in an authentic way. 

If you love yoga, sweat and good vibes you are welcome to join us for this training. It is recommended that you take 8-10 HYS45 classes and to have a consistent and strong yoga practice prior to training.
