YOGA NIDRA WORKSHOP SERIES WITH CASSIE

Tossing and turning, struggling to fall asleep at night. Whether it’s the stress for work that is filling our head with racing thoughts or all the caffeine we drink to get us through the day, a good night’s rest can sometimes be hard to come by. When we don’t get sleep, life gets unnecessarily rough.

That’s why we are Yoga Nidra obsessed.....aka "yogic sleep."

May 11-14 | 12pm - 1pm daily.

Each day, we will dive deeper into the benefits of Yoga Nidra, how to prepare to get the most out of your practice and the Philosophy of Yoga Nidra for the first half hour. The second half of the hour, we will practice a guided Yoga Nidra; one for General Healing, Focused Healing, Deep Relaxation and Transformation.

Thursday, we will have an interactive time where each practitioner may ask questions. At the end of the workshop, we’d like to ask each practitioner to submit a short paragraph or statement on their experience and any thoughts they’d like to share. This will be helpful going forward for the next in person 2.5 hour Yoga Nidra Workshop once we are all able to get together again. More to come on that.
