We are so excited to announce Summer Cycle School! Shine Cycle School is a 3-day (20-hour) rhythm riding training course designed for aspiring indoor cycling instructors looking to learn the fundamentals of teaching. This in-depth program will cover form, anatomy, sequencing, playlist building, voice expression and how to bring your unique style to the world of indoor cycling. This course is not just for those who want to teach, but also for those who want to broaden their knowledge in cycle! Led by Shine Owner, Alyssa Marty and Cycle Director, Lauren Galbraith!

Time: Friday 6pm-8pm, Saturday 10am-6pm & Sunday 10am-6pm
