Enjoy a 90 minute Yin class with Amanda Oliver. Yin Yoga is a slow, grounding practice that helps to calm the nervous system and brings awareness to the mind-body connection. This practice allows our body to activate the parasympathetic nervous system and helps with imbalances in our bodies, opens our joints, deeper connective tissues and even our bones to achieve optimal health and vitality. This practice is appropriate for all levels. We will conclude our evening with an hour of Sounds of Shanti with Noriko, a unique soothing sound of healing, relaxation, meditative experience featuring gongs, chimes and Tibetan singing bowls.

Please bring a mat and any other props you might need to make yourself comfortable in class.
