To move with intention means to be aware of all the options our body can make and choosing the path that is best for our specific body. Alignment is important however it's important to look at mobility of certain body parts (flexibility) and assess whether or not we need more strength for certain postures. Once we understand this we can practice melding both flexibility and strength in order to access different postures. During this workshop we will do some core work, shoulder and hip mobility, a small break down of anatomy, some partner work and then a short flow to wrap it all up. See you on the mat.
